Hubtown allots 21.31 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Hubtown has allotted 21,31,935 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 05 March 2025. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.1,35,60,06,570/- (13,56,00,657 equity shares of face value of Re.10/- each fully paid up).
