Ideaforge Technology allots 94,118 equity shares under ESOS

Ideaforge Technology has allotted 94,118 equity shares under ESOS on 22 April 2025. Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 43,07,99,750/- comprising of 4,30,79,975 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 43,17,40,930/- comprising of 4,31,74,093 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid - up.
