IDFC First Bank has allotted 1,42,985 equity shares under ESOS on 11 March 2025. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs 73,21,71,47,600/- comprising of 7,32,17,14,760 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
