IIFL Finance allots NCDs aggregating Rs 100 cr

IIFL Finance has allotted 100 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Subordinated Debentures - Series D30 of face value of Rs 1 crore aggregating to Rs 100 crore on private placement basis on 18 February 2025.
