IIFL Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 500 cr

IIFL Finance has allotted 50,000 Unsecured Subordinated Listed Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis on 24 June 2025.
