Indian Infotech and Software fixes record date for rights issue

Indian Infotech and Software has fixed 28 July 2025 as record date for issuance of 1 (One) equity shares for every 3(Three) fully paid-up Equity shares held by the existing Equity shareholders of the Company on Rights basis ('Rights Issue').
