Indian Overseas Bank announces change in govt. nominee director

Indian Overseas Bank announced the nomination of Neelam Agrawal (Director, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services) as Director on the Board of Indian Overseas Bank with immediate effect vice Shri Kartikeya Misra.
