Indigo Paints allots 13,720 equity shares under ESOP

Indigo Paints has allotted 13,720 equity shares under ESOS on 28 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 4,76,34,707 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 47,63,47,070.
