IndusInd Bank allots 30,125 equity shares under ESOS

IndusInd Bank has allotted 30,125 equity shares under ESOS on 13 August 2024. The Paid up Share Capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from. Rs.7,787,652,480 (778,765,248 equity shares of Rs.10/- each) to Rs. 7,787,953,730 (778,795,373 equity shares of Rs.10/-each).
