Infosys has allotted 4,59,027 equity shares under ESOP on 14 February 2025. With this allotment, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,76,36,68,865/- divided into 4,15,27,33,773 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
