Infosys announces incorporation of Infosys Australia Technology Services

Infosys has incorporated a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary in the name and style of Infosys Australia Technology Services. 100% of the shareholding is held by Infosys Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys.
