Inox Wind Energy fixes record date for the Scheme of Arrangement

Inox Wind Energy has fixed 21 June 2025 as the record date for determining the equity shareholders of Inox Wind Energy Limited ('IWEL') who shall be entitled to receive shares of IWL under the approved Scheme of Arrangement.
