Intellect Design Arena allots 1.02 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Intellect Design Arena has allotted 1,02,335 equity shares under ESOP on 24 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 693,927,805/- divided into equity shares of 138,785,561 Rs. 5/- each.
