Intellect Design Arena allots 2.14 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Intellect Design Arena has allotted 2,14,055 equity shares under EOSP on 21 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 690,454,895/- divided into 138,090,979 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
