Intellect Design Arena allots 60,489 equity shares under ESOP

Intellect Design Arena has allotted 60,489 equity shares under ESOP on 22 April 2025. The Paid-Up Share Capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs. 69,42,58,845/- divided into equity shares of 13,88,51,769 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 69,45,61,290/- divided into equity shares of 13,89,12,258 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
