Jana Small Finance Bank allots 3.04 lakh equity shares under EOSP

Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 3,04,777 equity shares under ESOP. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 104742330 shares of Rs. 10 each to 105047107 shares of Rs. 10 each.
