Jana Small Finance Bank allots 49,807 equity shares under ESOP

Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 49,807 equity shares under ESOP on 21 November 2024. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 104664147 shares of Rs. 10 each to 104713954 shares of Rs. 10 each.
