Board of Jaro Institute of Tech.Mgt.&Research recommends Interim Dividend

Jaro Institute of Tech.Mgt.&Research announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 January 2026, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.20%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
