Board of J.G.Chemicals recommends Final Dividend

J.G.Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 June 2025, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
