Jindal Steel & Power Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company both on standalone and consolidated basis for the 4th quarter/year ended on March 31 2025 of the Financial Year 2024-25. With reference to our earlier intimation dated April 24, 2025, regarding Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company, we would like to inform you that in the aforementioned Meeting, the Board will also consider recommending the payment of final dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 24/04/2025)
