Jio Financial Services invests Rs 190 cr in Jio Payments Bank

Jio Financial Services has been allotted 19 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each of Jio Payments Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company , for cash at par, aggregating to Rs 190 crore.
