Board of JK Tyre & Industries approves draft scheme of amalgamation

The Board of JK Tyre & Industries at its meeting held on 16 September 2024 has approved the draft Scheme of Amalgamation of Cavendish Industries (Transferor Company) with the Company and their respective shareholder.
