JM Financial has allotted 2,46,772 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2025. Subsequent to the allotment of the equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 95,61,62,340/- representing 95,61,62,340 equity shares of the face value of Re l/- each.
