JSW Energy receives CCI approval for acquisition of KSK Mahanadi Power Company

JSW Energy announced that the Competition Commission of India, on 4 March 2025, has approved the acquisition of KSK Mahanadi Power Company by the Company pursuant to the Resolution Plan submitted by the Company, which was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad.
