Jtekt India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that 196th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday the 30th January 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December 2024. Further in continuation to our letter dated 27th December 2024 regarding intimation for closure of Trading Window we would like to confirm that Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed till 1st February 2025
