Board of Jyothy Labs appoints CFO

The Board of Jyothy Labs at its meeting held on 12 November 2024 has approved the appointment of Pawan Kumar Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 14 November 2024.
