Kalpataru's subsidiary receives ratings action from CRISIL

Kalpataru announced that CRISIL Ratings has assigned the credit rating 'CRISIL BBB-/ Stable' on bank facilities (Rs 1728.34 crore) availed by the material subsidiary of the Company viz. Agile Real Estate.
