Kaynes to further invest USD 1.03 million in Kaynes Holding

Kaynes Technology India has approved the further investment for an amount up to USD 1,030,000/- towards acquisition of Equity Shares up to 10,19,802 of Kaynes Holding, Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company, at an issue price of USD 1.01 per share.
