Kesar India acquires 51% stake in Kesar IM Infra Projects

Kesar India has acquired 51% stake in Kesar IM Infra Projects, a Partnership Firm incorporated on 10 February 2025. The firm shall engage in the business of developing real estate projects, including but not limited to developing Layout, construction of row houses, villas and bungalows, property plots and selling the same, along with any other related activities.
