Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Company has already informed the Stock Exchanges vide its letter dated March 25 2025 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives would remain closed from April 012025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of said Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
