Board of Keynote Financial Services recommends Final Dividend

Keynote Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
