Kirloskar Ferrous Industries allots 7,600 equity shares under ESOS

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has allotted 7,600 equity shares under ESOS on 06 March 2025. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 82,30,86,690 comprising of 16,46,17,338 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
