Kirloskar Oil Engines allots 17,415 equity shares under ESOP

Kirloskar Oil Engines has allotted 17,415 equity shares under ESOP on 12 March 2025. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 14,51,79,224 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 29,03,58,448.
