Kirloskar Oil Engines allots 23,235 equity shares under ESOP

Kirloskar Oil Engines has allotted 23,235 equity shares under ESOP on 19 December 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 14,51,35,694 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 29,02,71,388/-.
