Board of Kothari Petrochemicals recommends Interim Dividend

Kothari Petrochemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2025, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
