Further as intimated earlier in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company remained closed from Wednesday 1st January 2025 till the expiration of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 (both days inclusive).
