Board of KPI Green Energy recommends interim dividend

KPI Green Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.2 per equity Share (i.e. 4%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
