Board of KPIT Technologies approves dissolution of Somit Solutions Inc.

The Board of KPIT Technologies at its meeting held on 23 October 2024 has approved the voluntary liquidation and dissolution of Somit Solutions Inc., wholly owned step-down subsidiary.
