Board of Ksolves India recommends Third Interim dividend

Ksolves India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 March 2025, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
