To consider approve and take on records unaudited financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on December 31 2024. 2. To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chairperson. In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024.
