Liqvd Digital India's IPO was subscribed 5.08 times during the three-day bidding period from 23 September to 25 September 2026.
The issue comprised a fresh issue of 63.22 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 34.14 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 9.02 lakh shares worth Rs 4.87 crore. The market maker portion comprised 3.64 lakh shares. The issue price was fixed at Rs 54 per share, against a price band of Rs 51-54.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to fund the purchase consideration for the acquisition of a stake in AdLift Marketing Pvt Ltd, with Rs 9 crore earmarked for this purpose. Another Rs 10.59 crore will be used to establish a full-scale video content production hub, while Rs 6.57 crore has been earmarked for incremental working capital requirements. A further Rs 4.63 crore will be used for unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes, while Rs 3.83 crore is allocated towards issue expenses.
