Lloyds Metals & Energy allots 1 cr convertible warrants

Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 1,00,53,000 convertible warrants of face value of Re 1 each at a premium of Rs 739 each to non-promoters of the company on preferential basis on 25 September 2024.
