L&T Finance has allotted 22,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 225 crore through private placement basis, to the identified investors on 26 June 2025.
