Mafia Trends approves Right Issue

The Board of Mafia Trends on 30 October 2024 has approved the raising of funds through issuance and allotment of equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each up to an aggregate amount upto Rs. 6,30,00,000/- on Rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company.
