Man Infraconstruction divests its entire stake held in MICL Estates LLP

Man Infraconstruction announced that MICL Estates LLP (wherein the Company's holding was 99.99%) has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from 27 August 2024, on account of disposal of entre partnership interest by the Company in the said LLP.
