Manappuram Finance allots NCDs aggregating Rs 450 cr

Manappuram Finance has approved the allotment of Secured, Non- Cumulative, Redeemable, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Taxable Debentures of face value of Rs.1 lakh each for an amount of Rs. 450 crore on private placement basis on 19 August 2024.
