Mankind Pharma allots 9000 equity shares under ESOP

Mankind Pharma has allotted 9000 equity shares under ESOP on 14 August 2024. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 40,06,35,138 Equity Shares to 40,06,44,138 Equity Shares having face value of Re. 1/- each.
