Marico allots 25,680 equity shares under ESOP

Marico has allotted 25,680 equity shares under ESOP on 21 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased 1,29,54,04,703 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 1,29,54,04,703.
