Marico allots 45,587 equity shares under ESOP

Marico has allotted 45,587 equity shares under ESOP on 14 March 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,29,54,97,599 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs.1,29,54,97,599/-.
