Marico allots 55,504 equity shares under ESOP

Marico has allotted 55,504 equity shares under ESOP on 13 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,29,46,90,167 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 1,29,46,90,167.
